What are my options to place an order? You can place on order online using PayPal or by Telephone.
Is ordering online safe? Yes, all PayPal transactions are covered with 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
What is the return/exchange policy? We guarantee our merchandise is free of defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. To receive refund/exchange items must be unwashed, unworn, unused. Such items may be returned within 14 days after purchase for exchange or refund. Tags must still be attached.
Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, not half used or worn, tags attached.
We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange for a different size or color you will be charged for shipping your exchange.
When sending a return or exchange please include a copy of packing slip along with any pertinent information, such as shipping information, billing, sizing, color etc.
Important Note: We reserve the final approval on all Return and Exchanges.
